Your ticket link
Once you confirm, we email you a ticket ID (it starts with WKL-) and a link. The link opens your ticket with no login: its status, every reply, and any files.
Keep the link to yourselfAnyone with the link can see the ticket. Don’t forward the email.
What the statuses mean
- Received — it’s in the queue.
- In review — a person is working on it.
- Waiting on you — we’ve asked you something. If we don’t hear back in 7 days, the request closes itself.
- Solved — we think it’s fixed. It closes in 7 days unless you reply.
- Closed — done. You can reopen it for 30 days.
Replying
Write in the box at the foot of the ticket and attach files if you need to. Your reply goes to the person working on it and shows on the page. Their replies are emailed to you in full, with the link.
Lost the email?
Go to Track a request and enter the ticket ID and the email you used. Or choose Send me my open requests and we’ll email a link to each open one.
