Open a request, and why we email you a link first

Before you start

You don’t need a Workloom login to ask for help. You need the email address you want replies at.

Search firstType your question in the search box at the top of any page. Most answers are already written up, and the request form suggests articles as you type.

Open the request

  1. Choose Contact supportor Open a request at the foot of any article, which attaches that article so support sees what you already tried.
  2. Pick the product and a topicchoose Something else if nothing fits.
  3. Say what’s happeningwhat you expected, what you saw, and the steps you tried.
  4. Attach screenshots or filesup to 5 files, 24 MB in all: images, PDF, CSV, HAR, JSON or text.
  5. Enter your email and choose Send request.

Confirm your email

Nothing reaches support yet. We email you a link with the subject Confirm your request, from help@notify.workloomhq.com. Click it and your request is submitted: you get a ticket ID and a tracking link.

  • The link works once, for 24 hours, on any device.
  • Didn’t get it? Check spam and promotions, or use Resend link (once a minute). If you typed the wrong address, choose Change it.
  • If the link expires, what you wrote is kept for 7 days: open the old link and send yourself a new one.

This step keeps out spam and addresses that bounce, so a person spends their time on real requests.

Signed in?If you’re signed in to Workloom with the same address, or you ask from inside the Workloom app, your address is already confirmed and the request goes straight to support.
